Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Design future-proof business models for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite teams on 2026 technology adoption
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology impacts
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
