Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends impacting tech adoption post-2025
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation paradigms
- Manage a $5M innovation lab budget for prototype development of next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term tech strategy
