Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and map their 2026 commercialization trajectories
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts in 2025-2027
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for C-suite executives and venture partners
- Identify and vet breakthrough startups for strategic partnerships or acquisition
- Represent QuantumLeap at global innovation summits and future-tech symposiums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (journal articles, books, keynotes)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Technology Roadmapping)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on disruptive technology adoption
