Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI governance, quantum applications, and climate tech integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in VR/AR, biotech interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Analyze exponential technology trends through data modeling and scenario planning to inform strategic pivots
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption ensuring regulatory compliance and societal benefit
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation techniques
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board members with compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., from World Future Society or similar)
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies in emerging technology development
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major technology foresight initiatives
