Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies aligned with future trends
- Author thought leadership publications positioning company as future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
