Qualifications

- Published research in Nature Futures or similar journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing applications
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with >85% accuracy
- Security clearance preferred for DARPA collaboration projects
