Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological trends through 2026 (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging industry paradigms
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify breakthrough startup opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and economic disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-thinking culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of predicting industry shifts (with documented case studies)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Published author or recognized speaker at global innovation forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodology
