Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology trends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning expertise
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience with agile methodologies for innovation pipelines
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE preferred)
