Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience solutions for enterprise clients
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 partners
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Present future-state briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in systemic thinking and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology architecture
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or climate tech convergence
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight or systems modeling preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
