Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends through 2026+ lens, producing quarterly foresight briefings for executive leadership
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate adaptation strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof operational models
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing 2026 market gaps
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks for industry disruption scenarios
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor internal 'Future Scouts' program cultivating organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
