Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to develop actionable 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into business innovation initiatives
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and mitigate disruptive risks across supply chains and market ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to investors, clients, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and data-driven foresight platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic impact
