Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with 2026 industry projections and regulatory landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks, academic partnerships, and industry experts
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor and evaluate emerging risks and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Experience working with C-suite executives in technology, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
