Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready operational models
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven forecasts and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D roadmaps
- Champion ethical tech adoption and sustainable practices in all future-facing initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Experience with global markets and cross-cultural strategic alignment
