- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership

- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent company vision at international futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analysis required
- Global perspective with experience in multicultural innovation ecosystems
