Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, biotech, and AI domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces in global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Author strategic white papers and policy recommendations for 2026 ecosystem readiness
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and invest in 2026-enabling startups
- Design resilience frameworks for systemic risks (climate, cybersecurity, supply chains)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership

- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business strategies
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry foresight publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 2030+ strategic horizons
