Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and bio-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-proof solutions with 3+ year vision horizons
- Analyze emerging scientific breakthroughs to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term innovation goals
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board members using data-driven scenario planning
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership with tech scale-ups
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2020-2025)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for data modeling
