Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological shifts, market disruptions, and societal patterns through 2026 lens
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready technologies
- Monitor competitor landscapes and emerging startup ecosystems
- Author thought leadership content on future trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
