Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership

- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
