Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic innovation roadmap integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design future-proof product architectures for next-gen smart systems and autonomous ecosystems
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential technology adoption and scenario planning
- Build and manage an elite innovation lab incubating moonshot projects
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into market-leading products
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in exponential technology or futurism
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
