- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Author annual 'State of 2026' industry whitepapers
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of forecasting technological adoption curves (3-5 year accuracy)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario planning software
