Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap by analyzing quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape emerging technology policy
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish Horizon's thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry consortium participation
- Mentor innovation teams in ethical technology development and responsible deployment frameworks
- Monitor global tech disruption vectors and recalibrate strategy quarterly based on emerging signals
Qualifications
- PhD in emerging technologies or equivalent experience with 10+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional command of ethical AI governance and sustainable tech principles
- Strong network connections with DARPA, IEEE, and Singularity University thought leaders
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-machine evolution topics
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents in multicultural environments
