Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on post-2025 technological disruptions
- Develop patent-pending innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence ecosystems
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire future-defining startups
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on societal impact of biotech-neural interfaces
- Manage global network of futurists and academic futurism research institutions
- Translate complex exponential trends into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent foresight certification
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership on quantum computing or AGI societal implications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and post-human economic models
- Track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Fluency in at least two future-critical domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Portfolio of 10+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
