Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, space) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact and ethical frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Advise leadership on regulatory implications of emerging technologies
- Monitor competitive disruption vectors and recommend strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovation strategies
