Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging challenges
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio published in futurism or innovation thought leadership
