Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
