Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for potential partnerships
- Architect innovation roadmaps that balance near-term execution with long-term vision
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI, AR/VR)
