- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-shaping initiatives
