Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry forums
- Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation and opportunity capture for 2026 horizons
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and facilitate immersive future-visioning workshops for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate signals into coherent narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
