Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology advancements
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term tech evolution
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, or quantum systems
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight
- Experience presenting to C-suite and executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
