Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech fusion)
- Design scenario-based strategic plans for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify future acquisition targets
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Strategy
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive technology analysis
- Proven track record of launching next-generation products/services
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or equivalent
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
