Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technological inflection points
- Develop and publish annual 'State of the Future' strategic frameworks
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology disruption
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global futurist forums
- Mentor internal 'Futures Lab' team of PhD researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on 2020s technological disruption
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or biotech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Deep familiarity with Singularity University, Gartner Hype Cycle, or similar frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio of 2026+ trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
