Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 technology foresight framework for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Produce quarterly trend briefings on biotech convergence and climate tech disruption
- Design ethical innovation protocols for human-AI symbiosis systems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces for post-quantum security
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives at industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at Davos or similar forums
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech innovation roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent methodology training
