Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across biotech, quantum computing, and immersive interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using agile methodologies and design thinking
- Conduct horizon scanning of global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on emerging technology research initiatives
- Establish innovation KPIs measuring adoption rates of future-ready technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
