Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead moonshot projects targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on cutting-edge research initiatives
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present futurist insights to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Drive adoption of emerging tech standards in regulated industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in futurism or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with peer-reviewed publications
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture or corporate funding
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC expansion
