Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal think tanks and external incubation programs
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough tech products or initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or Master's degree in relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Strategic Innovation)
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M
