Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling innovations from lab to market
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted quantum computing patents
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
- TED Talks or equivalent thought leadership presence
