Responsibilities

- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies on future-focused R&D initiatives
- Design and execute scenario-planning exercises for 2026 business continuity and disruption
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Foresight, Innovation Management, or Strategic Foresight
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
