Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-AI convergence
- Architect ethical implementation strategies for neuro-interfaces and climate adaptation technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable 2026 impact milestones
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and national research labs
- Produce quarterly 'State of 2026' reports for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Published research on long-term tech impact or patent portfolio in disruptive technologies
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2030 technology roadmap development
