- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Manage a global team of futurists and data scientists across 3 innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and academic journals
- Design and implement client-specific strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across industries
- Strong background in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
