Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, carbon-negative tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and adoption impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly optimization cycles
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and EU Horizon 2027 initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in exponential tech domains
- Proven track record scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- PhD in Computer Science/Materials Science or equivalent industry experience
- Published thought leadership in Nature/IEEE or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and EU innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% problem-solving score on Fermi-level technical assessments
