Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026-2030 horizon, aligning with business growth objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, sustainable tech) and assess market impact
- Develop cross-functional implementation roadmaps for next-generation digital solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic technology integrations
- Present technology strategy to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Manage vendor partnerships for emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation programs
- Experience presenting complex tech strategies to C-suite audiences
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast technology adoption curves
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certified Innovation Professional or equivalent strategic credentials
