Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2035 with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, decentralized systems) for strategic integration
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property frameworks for future technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
