Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the research and development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key breakthrough technologies and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- Innovation Execution: Conceptualize and prototype next-generation solutions that address future market demands, specifically focusing on AI-driven automation and sustainable tech.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and regulatory changes to forecast potential impacts on our strategic direction.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to translate visionary concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, legal, and business units to ensure that futuristic technologies align with ethical standards and business goals.
- Prototyping & Validation: Build and validate MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for technologies expected to mature by 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Future Tech or AI.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role or advanced research capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, distributed systems, and quantum computing principles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term and identify disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated success in rapidly evolving environments and pivoting strategies based on new data.
