Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
