Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with business objectives
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies and market opportunities
- Present future tech scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and oversee proof-of-concept initiatives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development teams
- Mentor technical talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
