- Develop predictive market analysis models for 3-5 year tech adoption cycles
- Oversee implementation of zero-trust infrastructure and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies and agile future-proofing methodologies
- Present quarterly tech innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $50M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in predictive analytics and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Certified in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000) and sustainable tech standards
- Experience with federal tech policy and international tech governance bodies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant tech prototypes or patents
