Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmap integrating emerging AI paradigms and quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen human-computer interfaces for industrial metaverse applications
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and neurotech innovators
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable data centers using photonic computing and neuromorphic chips
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members with compelling future-state scenarios
- Mentor emerging tech talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography frameworks
- Deep knowledge of neuromorphic engineering and brain-computer interfaces
- Published thought leadership in future-tech ethics or digital transformation
- Experience scaling tech teams across distributed global innovation hubs
- Certification in Quantum Engineering or Advanced AI Systems (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic tech roadmaps
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
