Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, optimization techniques, and GPU/TPU acceleration.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on complex algorithmic challenges.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
