Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as AGI, neural interfaces, and decentralized networks.
- Architect high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in the design and implementation of proprietary algorithms and software frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met for all future-facing projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of leading remote or hybrid teams through complex technical transitions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
