Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, spatial computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and metaverse ecosystems
- Present strategic tech briefings to board members and government innovation councils
- Mentor engineers in future-proof coding methodologies and ethical AI development
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and research institutions for 2026 tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D
- Expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains: quantum algorithms, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Published research or patents in next-gen technology fields (2018-2024)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers across multiple continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies (FDA, FCC, international)
- Proven ability to secure $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology from Tier 1 institution
